H20 Mop Steam Cleaner for Hard Floors
You may know the H20 Mop from its television advertisements. These long-running infomercials claim the H20 Mop can clean hard floor surfaces like marble, ceramic tile, hardwood or laminate.
While the H20 Mop does do a good job of cleaning floors and lifting stains with little more than a few cups of water, owners of hardwood and tile are still advised to sweep, dry mop or vacuum their floors before using it.
Despite the mop's ability to lift stains, its cloth pads simply aren't big enough to pick up and trap all the dirt and debris that can accumulate in a busy front foyer or kitchen.

Like the H20 Mop, the Bissell 1867 relies on simple steam power to lift stains and clean floors. It works on ceramic, marble, laminate, hardwood , vinyl and more.
Most customers are impressed by the products cleaning ability, along with its lightweight design and portability.
One major drawback to the Bissell 1867 steam floor cleaner is that it only runs for approximately 15 minutes at a time. Like the H20 mop, it's limited by its tank size. Homeowners with a large surface area to cover will find themselves either racing to beat the clock or waiting for a water refill.

The Hoover SteamVac can handle both carpets and hard-surface or bare floors. It has a 12-amp motor and multiple, spinning brushes designed to steam, scrub and lift stains out of your carpet. The unit also features two water tanks, to keep the dirty water separate from the clean.
Unfortunately, this steam floor cleaner also requires customers to continue purchasing cleaning solution. It's also not suited for hardwood floors, as its harsh solvents can damage the finish.
