Puck lights are great for task lighting like under cabinets. They are also a wonderful option for lighting inside your cabinets. This is great if you have china or wine glasses that you want to highlight.
Drawers
Places like IKEA also sell battery operated lights for inside drawers. These types of lights work on a motion detector and light up the interior of your drawer for a short period, making it easier to find any utensils you need.

Kits for flexible track lighting, under and over cabinet lighting and other accessories can be purchased at any home renovation store, like Lowe's or Home Depot.
A do-it-yourself kit makes installing lighting much more affordable for anyone doing a home renovation.
